As Executive Director and Clinical Supervisor of Missing Links Autism, Am Badwall draws upon her Master of Education in Human Development and Applied Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy, and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst education, as foundation for the innovative program she has created at Missing Links.Forever an educational visionary committed to specializing in autism spectrum disorder, Am’s 25 years in the field have offered pioneering pedagogy that addresses holistic needs of learners in group-based programming. Am has devoted her career to advancing opportunity for all students with autism, while ensuring equitable learning in a compassionate environment.
The recent evolution of Missing Links Autism On Demand online programming, is Am’s current contribution to accessible programming. On Demand is the first of many trademarked options that showcase the Missing Links value of progressive applied behaviour analysis.
With the 20th anniversary of Missing Links community service approaching, Am Badwall’s passion endures and delivers the missing link in educational services for children with autism more than ever.

Chief of OperationsMichael Daniels is Chief of Operations at Missing Links Autism. Michael is a Doctor of Education (EdD) in addition to having a Master of Science Education (MSEd) and a Master of International Education in School Leadership (MIEd). With over 20 years of experience as an educator, his career has focused on elementary education, specializing in primary and special education within public and private school systems.
Michael has dedicated his career to developing exceptional pedagogy with an emphasis on inclusive programming through applied behaviour analysis for children with autism spectrum disorder. As an Ontario qualified principal, Michael oversees school operations, program design, instructional leadership, and serves as an advisor on the executive committee. Michael aims to contribute research on leadership in the field of education. He strongly believes in social justice and supports charities focused on marginalized communities. Michael intends to bring this same conviction when working with all individuals in need of special education.

Director of ProgrammingLeading curriculum design at Missing Links, Director of programming Sam Malone provides strategy and implementation for operational, academic, and clinical program mandates. Sam has been a pillar of the Missing Links structure for almost a decade providing seamless support to clientele through her years of expertise.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Psychology focused on linguistics and a Bachelor of Education specializing in curriculum. As an OCT teacher and trained instructor therapist, Sam provides a unique lens for applied behaviour analysis that enhances the vision of progressive programming provided at Missing Links Autism.
The aptitude to invent and execute from conception through realization is the high proficiency Sam brings to her role. Presently, Sam is focused on curating the new On Demand program and her goal remains consistent to elevate Missing Links programming to the next level.
