I wanted to share the happy news that Arjun graduated from Grade 12 as an Ontario Scholar. It was a moment of pride, joy, and euphoria. Srini and I will always be indebted to you, as this day would not have been possible without you or the Missing Links staff. This day is a gift to us from you. Thank you so much for showing the light and providing hope to us during our darkest hour. Arjun has grown to be a very kind, mature and sweet young man. He is going to Mohawk in September to pursue a software development course.

Initially diagnosed with autism at 2½ years, my son, Stephen, faced a difficult journey—self-abusive behaviours, severe stims, no speech, and no connection to our family. A doctor even suggested institutionalization, but then we met Am Badwall. She led and wrote his home and school programs, defying predictions that he would never earn a high school diploma. Instead, with her guidance and his hard work, he graduated, entered college, and earned a Video Game Design certification from George Brown College, making the dean's honor roll. It would take a book to outline what Am Badwall has done for my son and our family. Her dedication, knowledge, and deep care for each child and family are unparalleled. She has given us the greatest gift of all, our son.

Missing Links Therapy Centre and Missing Links Academy have transformed our 10-year-old daughter who is severely affected with autism. The staff are committed to all areas of her development, while being considerate of her medical needs, and our needs as parents. They have accommodated her complex physical and developmental challenges. We appreciate the work they do with our daughter directly, as well as the parent-teacher meetings and workshops for parents. We will always have our daughter involved with Missing Links and we are thankful for their support and their commitment to all children with autism.
